Cancellations
We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations. If a cancellation is made within this window, a fee of 50% of the scheduled service will be charged to the card on file. Same-day cancellations and no-call/no-show appointments will be charged the full 100% of the scheduled service. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our time.
Card On File
A valid credit card is required to be kept on file to secure your appointment. This ensures your reservation with the stylist for your scheduled service. For security and accuracy, the card on file must belong to the individual receiving the service on the day of the appointment.
Children + Guests
Due to limited space, we kindly ask that only those receiving services attend their appointment. However, we’re happy to schedule same-time appointments for you and a friend to enjoy the experience together! Additionally, to maintain a relaxing environment for all guests and ensure safety, we have a no-children policy. If your child would like to receive a service at Blonde + Co, we would love to accommodate them with their own appointment. Thank you for your understanding!
Late Policy
Arriving 15 minutes or more past your scheduled appointment time may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule. To help us accommodate you, our other guests, and our team, please give us a call if you anticipate being late. We appreciate your courtesy and understanding!
Refunds + Adjustments
Your satisfaction is our priority! If you are dissatisfied with a service, we are happy to offer an adjustment to ensure you love your results. Adjustments must be scheduled within 7 days of your original service date. Please note that we do not offer refunds of any kind. We appreciate your trust in us and look forward to making things right!
